Create Your Best - photo

Blue Monday – the third Monday in January – is supposed to be the most depressing day of the year. Resolutions dissolve, holiday credit card bills arrive, and cold winter nights seem never-ending. Our hope of achieving or doing can go out the window with one ill-timed pint of ice cream or a glance at the bank statement.

That future self we imagined, the one full to the brim with happiness and ease seems years away. The pitfalls of right now get in the way, obscuring our map to reaching them.

But we can change that. When we cultivate intentions and a positive mindset, we can take on these challenges head-on. Our future self is waiting for us to catch up. When we identify who that person is and what they stand for, we can create a route to reach them.

What would it mean to point our focus towards a bountiful, positive year ahead, one full of potential and positivity that supports us to thrive in the most powerful way possible?

Create Your Best 2014 (and Beyond) is about believing so strongly in what you have the potential to do, that making the choices that get you there is not only intuitive, but easy.

Be careful not to believe everything you read on a product label. Go behind the catchy buzzwords to learn what’s really in your little one’s food. This workshop will cover easy ways to quickly interpret the information you see on food labels, a nutritional analysis of several popular children’s foods, and provide you with the tools to make informed, healthy selections on your next shopping trip. Bring in any products from home you’d like more information on. Together, we’ll assess the ingredients, allergens, and nutrition facts, and demystify some of the benefits and drawbacks of many common additives to kids’ food.
